It is precisely this month that Hipotels celebrates its fiftieth anniversary. It started as a small family business in Cala Millor, Majorca and from the very beginning we have always looked after our guests and staff as if they were family, which they are.
We would like to thank you for your strength at this time, and we would also like to send a message of encouragement and solidarity to all those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are all trying very hard to deal with the current circumstances as best we can, and we are working continuously to comply with the measures adopted by the Government and the health services to end the crisis.
Everyone wants things to return to normal as soon as possible, and so we ask for your collaboration and understanding. As a result of the exceptional circumstances surrounding the coronavirus in Spain and the official restriction of movement for citizens, we have to inform you that we have temporarily closed* our hotels in Majorca, Cadiz and Lanzarote.
We apologize for any delay there may be with our responses, and we wish to send a message of reassurance that we are dealing with all of your bookings on an individual basis in the order in which they were made.
